I. General
— Purchasing or owning any of my work means you agree to my T.O.S, and failure to comply may result in a blacklist.
— These terms and my prices are subject to change without notice.
— I have the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.II. Payment and Process
— I accept payment through PayPal or Ko-fi (USD.)
— Feel free to ask for an update during the process.
— I may take up to a month or two to finish a commission.
— Turnaround time may take longer depending on your place in the queue.
— I do not allow chargebacks or PayPal disputes, please contact me if you'd like to discuss a refund.
— In regular situations, once the sketch has been finished and confirmed, I will not give refunds if you cancel.
— If, for any reason, I won't be able to complete the commission anymore regardless of stage, I will provide you with a full refund.
— I can do 1-2 revisions once the image is completed.III. Product and Use
— My art cannot be used as or made into NFTs or AI art in any way, shape or form.

— Only the commissioner can use the art for personal/non-commercial use. My art can be used for icons, Twitter banners, etc.
— To use my art commercially, an additional one-time fee of +100% base price is charged.
— The commissioner is not allowed to edit the art in any way unless they've explicitly requested it and been given permission. Removing my watermark is prohibited.
— As the artist, I maintain all rights to post my work on socials and for commission and portfolio examples unless asked to keep it private beforehand.
— I may also record and/or stream the process of creation, unless asked to keep it private.XX. Things I will draw
— original art or fanart
— real people, excluding real children
— light gore (blood, severed limbs, etc.)
— slight NSFW (partial nudity, suggestive)
— BL, GL, NL pairingsXX. Things I will NOT draw
— Hardcore gore and NSFW
— Characters without visual reference, includes characters who I have to make a new outfit for
— Incest, anything p*dophilic or predatory
— Mecha, most armor
— Ferals, anthro, elderly, muscles

— I can do holds for up to a week, and I can do payment plans for adopts priced at $100 and above, but I will not send you the design unless it's been fully paid.
— I can do edits for a design upon purchase, though the fee might range depending on the request.III. Usage
— My designs cannot be used as or made into NFTs or AI art in any way, shape or form.
— Only the commissioner can use the designers for personal/non-commercial use.

— If the design was received in a way that didn't include money, we can discuss an appropriate price for a commercial fee.
— Using my designs for NSFW and gore is OK.
— My designs cannot be used for spreading hate speech or harmful messages.
— Do not claim designers credit over my designs.
— The owner is allowed to change my designs with no need for approval. However, editing my actual reference and art should be asked for first.
— As the artist, I maintain all rights to post my work on socials and for commission and portfolio examples.IV. Ownership, Transfers
— No need to inform me of any transfers.
— Don't resell any of my designs for higher than what you bought them for, unless you bought extra art of them.
— You are always allowed to trade or gift my designs regardless of how they were obtained.
— It's recommended to record what the transfer was in the ToyHouse transfer log, including price if it was a resale, to help prevent upselling.
— Co-ownership is allowed, with no limit.
